One of the goals of the Masturbation Marathon is increasing the sexual stamina of the “marathoner.” There are multiple reasons that a person might want to do this. Such as wanting to increase their own enjoyment of sex or masturbation.  At the same time, wanting to do a better job of pleasing their lover.  Or, as is commonly seen in my own life, simply wanting to please their Mistress.

You see, building sexual stamina is all about starting small (and, yes, you may read that as a pun if you wish) and working your way up from there. You can’t create a good building without a solid foundation.  And you can’t run a marathon without the basics of fitness in place first. And so it goes for jerking off as well.

Once the rules are in place, I start with one of my usual guided masturbation sessions. I may or may not let my sub cum when I’m finished giving him instructions.  That part depends on my mood when we’re finished. Then, the next time, we do the same thing, only for a slightly longer period of time. And each subsequent get-together, I increase the length of our sessions.

Sounds pretty easy, right? Well, it is to a certain point. Once we reach that “certain point” (which varies with each sub), where it’s almost impossible for the man in question to avoid cumming, then I teach him how to milk his own prostate. This helps him take some of the pressure off by emptying his balls a bit without actually cumming.  This allows him to continue past the point which he would normally have been unable to do without the milking.

Then, when we’ve got a solid foundation of successful edging and prostate milking built up, I’ll start setting goals for the length of each session. If he’s able to meet those goals, I’ll (probably) let him cum. If not…well, let’s just say it’s in his best interest to be able to meet the goals I set for him….
